HARVEST FESTIVAL NOTES:
SATURDAY, SEPT. 15 - SET UP BEGINS AT 9:00AM. Cakes, pies, etc., can be taken to gym on Saturday morning.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 16 - FESTIVAL begins with POLKA MASS at 10:30am and ends with Lottery drawing at 5pm. Some activities include rotissory pork sit-down dinner (in the Social Hall and under the tent outside), silent auction, bountiful baskets, treasure hunt, cake walk, Lucky Chance, food, jewelry, crafts, kiddie kafe, pickles, entertainment, games.
REMINDER: Pick up Lottery tickets in the Atrium; ticket stubs and money can be returned in the collection basket on Sundays. Please try to order meal tickets ahead of time to facilitate seating and food arrangements. COME JOIN IN THE FUN!!!
